Dedicated to helping women achieve economic self-sufficiency through entrepreneurship in Westchester County and the Lower Hudson Valley.WEDC has been offering women assistance in the critical steps that lead to running their own businesses since 1997.

WEDC's core entrepreneurial training program consists of a fifteen week course on how to start your own small business. Classes are offered in English and Spanish. See Core Entrepreneurial Training and Clases de entrenamiento empresarial en Español and all Upcoming Events.

WEDC also provides training and technical assistance to women wishing to expand their businesses through special workshops on topics such as certifying your business; marketing strategies, advanced business planning, and networking events. See Workshops & Seminars.
